Completed SRLV Online Registration
Signed Consent Form
Completed Physical dated in the current year, or signed WPYAA Medical Clearance Form

When does the SRLV seasons start and end?
When does the SRLV seasons start and end?
The SRLV Football and Cheer season Officially starts on June 1, 2024 (Conditioning and Cheer Camp). (End date is Pending Playoffs) Nationals usually take place the second week of December.
Basketball (Co-Ed & Separate) usually begins in End of February/Early March.
Spring Ball: Flag Football and 7on7 usually begins mid to late April and Ends end of May/Early June. Flag Football is offered in both Boys and Girls separate and co-ed.
